Privacy policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Daypart AI LLC, doing business as Clankers Make Art ("we," "us," or "our"), operates clankersmakeart.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, interact with our advertising, buy a product, or contact us. The store also supports our development and testing of advertising measurement, traffic-quality, and fraud-detection technology.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us and which services are in use, we and our service providers collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, and billing and shipping addresses that you provide.
- Shopping and transaction information: products viewed, cart and checkout activity, purchases, payment and refund status, delivery details, and order history. Payment providers process payment credentials through the checkout services they provide.
- Communications: support requests, messages, feedback, and any photos or other information you send us.
- Device, network, and browser information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and operating-system details, device characteristics and settings, language, time zone, screen properties, cookie and similar identifiers, and technical signals used to recognize a browser or device or evaluate traffic.
- Activity and advertising information: pages and links visited, referring websites, campaign parameters and click identifiers, timestamps, navigation and interaction events, ad interactions, and conversion events. This information may be associated with other identifiers or transaction events where permitted.
- Derived information: attribution results, audience or interest categories, technical diagnostics, and assessments or scores concerning traffic quality, automation, fraud, and security.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through the services, and from providers and partners that support payments, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, identity matching, and security. We may combine information from these sources for the purposes described below, subject to applicable requirements and your choices.
How we use information
- Operate the store; process, fulfill, and support orders; communicate with you; maintain accounts and records; and handle returns, refunds, and disputes.
- Understand and improve the website, product experience, performance, accessibility, and customer service.
- Deliver, personalize, attribute, measure, and improve advertising; build or evaluate audiences; and assess campaign performance across visits, devices, and services where permitted.
- Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to invalid traffic, bots, abuse, fraud, security incidents, and other misuse.
- Research, develop, test, validate, benchmark, and improve Daypart's analytics, advertising measurement, traffic-quality, and fraud-detection products and services, including commercial offerings. This may include controlled experiments, comparing measurement methods, evaluating false positives, and developing or evaluating statistical or machine-learning models for these purposes.
- Meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect rights and safety, and support business administration.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information for research, reporting, product development, and other lawful business purposes. Where we treat information as de-identified under applicable law, we maintain it in that form and do not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, JavaScript tags, local storage, server-side events, and similar technologies to operate the store and support the purposes above. Some technologies are necessary for functions such as checkout and security. Others support analytics, advertising, and technology testing. Technical browser or device signals may be combined to recognize a browser or device, including through device fingerprinting where used and permitted. A technology's privacy requirements depend on its purpose and use, not simply on whether it uses a cookie.
Our analytics and advertising services may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and The Trade Desk when deployed. These providers may receive identifiers and activity information directly from your browser or from our systems and may associate it with information from other websites, apps, or their own services, subject to applicable agreements, law, and your choices. Their independent processing is described in their own privacy notices.
How we disclose information
We disclose the information relevant to the following purposes to these categories of recipients:
- Store and service providers: Shopify, payment providers, Printful, delivery carriers, and providers of hosting, storage, customer support, professional services, analytics, and security, to operate and support the business.
- Advertising and measurement partners: advertising platforms and networks, attribution and audience providers, and measurement partners, for campaign delivery, measurement, audience evaluation, and targeted advertising.
- Technology and research partners: contractors, testing providers, and other partners working with Daypart on the development, validation, and evaluation described above, with access appropriate to their role and applicable contractual requirements.
- Legal and business recipients: authorities, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or evaluate or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Disclosure of identifiers, device or activity information, shopping events, and related inferences to advertising partners may qualify as a "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under applicable state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. The choices below apply to those activities where required.
Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve its services. Information submitted to the store is also shared with Shopify and relevant third parties, which may be in countries other than where you live. We use Shopify Network Intelligence and enhanced services that incorporate information about your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide features, analytics, personalization, and advertising services. Shopify is responsible for responding to applicable requests about its own processing for those purposes. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Portal for details and choices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account its nature and sensitivity, the reason it was collected, ongoing customer relationships, the period needed to evaluate campaigns and traffic patterns, development and validation needs, legal and accounting obligations, disputes, and security needs. Order and payment-related records may be retained for fulfillment, tax, accounting, and dispute obligations; support records for resolving and documenting requests; and technical, advertising, and testing information for relevant measurement, investigation, and product-development needs. We then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable backup and legal retention requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain forms of profiling. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.
To request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, email clankersmakeart@daypart.ai. You may also use our Your Privacy Choices page for available sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising opt-outs. Where required, we process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal and extend it to other information when required. A signal or browser-specific choice may not identify you on another device.
Where a cookie preference control is displayed, you can use it to manage the categories it covers. You can also adjust your browser's cookie settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection. We do not treat a general "Do Not Track" browser setting as a universal opt-out; recognized preference signals are handled as described above.
For access, correction, deletion, and similar requests, we may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority as appropriate. We do not require identity verification for sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-outs beyond information reasonably needed to apply the choice. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject. If applicable, our response will explain further complaint options. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link; transactional and service messages may continue.
Children and sensitive information
The store is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any processing requiring separate consent, including certain sensitive information or children's information, is subject to that requirement; this policy does not replace it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. We will post the revised version and update the date above, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A policy update does not override choices or permissions required by law.
