These terms apply to your use of clankersmakeart.com and purchases from our store.

Our products

We sell physical stretched canvas prints of AI-generated artwork. Each print is 18 inches wide × 18 inches tall in a square format. Colors may look different on different screens and in print.

A purchase is for the physical canvas print. It does not include an exclusive license to the artwork.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or there is a material listing or pricing error. If an order you have paid for is canceled, we will notify you and refund the affected items and associated charges. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

Use of the website

You must not use the store to commit fraud, submit malicious code, interfere with its operation, or violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the store and its customers.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
